Blog # 01 - Ancient Art

We all know that Ancient Art is historic art. From the word itself; a history. Ancient art form as prehistoric art. Started from stone age, as paleolithic and neolithic period.  People in this century use the style of realism and naturalism, by the use of what they can get from their surroundings. As we thought, their using this styles to represent their respect and value their god and goddesses. They represent us how life can be so easy without technology and more. 

For me, the course of Multimedia Art is similar to Fine Arts. Though, we Multimedia students practically more on technology and modern devices. It influence the Multimedia Art as a modern Ancient Art. Where Ancient Art is sought of eyes and its natural at realistic. Multimedia Art where is advance and modern, especially it is in vogue. Like in gadgets and everything that where we use technology is a part of Multimedia Art.

Week (5)Five: "Poverty"

The Philippines have been suffering from poverty problem and it continues to exist until today.
The economic problem of Philippine government persists to surface in the society and it is sometime very tiresome to imagine. It gives too much headache not just to the Philippine government but also to the whole Filipino people.

Well, maybe people are the reasons too why they are suffering from poverty. Because here in the Philippines not all people have work. Almost 70% of the Filipinos have no work. Because there are many Filipino who didn't even finished high school. Some don't have money to support their needs in school.

Instead of going to school, children on streets are already working in their young age..

..bullying students; thats why their afraid to go to school.

..drug addiction of the many teenagers nowadays.

Celebration Day of our National Language

       Last friday, August 26 2011 is the celebration of what we call "Buwan ng Wika" day. Im very glad that almost everybody in our section MMA 1-1, help preparing the booth. It was a success event.

We all know that every month of august we always celebrate our national language. It is a tradition for us Filipino's to give value to our own language.

Nowadays, it seems that not all Filipino know how to speak tagalog correctly despite of deep meaning and pronunciation. And because we use it infrequenty.

        For me, it's not all about the language thou, the belief of other foreign countries that Filipino's really have this Filipino Traits. Like; Warm, Friendly, Intimate people, Caring, Sharing, Family Centered, Highly Spiritual, Amor Propio, Euphemism, Hospitaly, Respect for elders, Sensitivity to personal affront.
